Heartland, as prime consultant, led a multi-disciplinary team that advised Seattle’s Office of Housing regarding redevelopment options for the historic 34-acre Fort Lawton property. The consultant team’s assessment helped inform revisions to the existing Fort Lawton Redevelopment Plan and supported an increase to the production of workforce housing, affordable homeownership opportunities and permanent supportive housing for veterans and seniors who have experienced homelessness.
