Housing Development Opportunity: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho

Heartland is pleased to share a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for development of an innovative attainable housing model in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on behalf of our client, ignite CDA, Coeur d’Alene’s urban renewal agency.

The Currents neighborhood at Atlas Waterfront comprises approximately 9 acres and 104 units and is intended to provide home ownership opportunities for households earning 80% to 120% of Median Family Income. Housing price points are estimated to be approximately $300,000 to $500,000 with a mix of housing types. As always, we respect the creativity and innovation from community leaders in Coeur d’Alene, which, like many desirable housing markets, has experienced a remarkable increase in home prices over the past 10 years, creating challenging conditions for those who live and work in the market.
