The University of Washington’s Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program is now accepting applications for the 2026/2027 session!

Heartland is proud to have been involved in with this program from its inception – first by sharing knowledge as instructors, and now by working in partnership with the UW Professional & Continuing Education (“PCE”) to provide ongoing management of the program. Now in its 39th year, this exceptionally successful professional educational program offering will begin on October 1, 2026.
The program benefits both individuals and employers by offering a comprehensive understanding of the Commercial Real Estate business. Graduates better understand client needs and how to be more effective in the development cycle, enabling them to provide deeper support and insight. It’s an excellent way to advance your career, enhance your profession, and expand your network across the various sectors in the built environment.
Applications open on Wednesday, June 17th and are due by Tuesday, August 11th.
