Heartland is growing!

We are pleased to share that we are expanding and have added two new members to the Heartland team!
Welcome James Stanton and Karlis Rubenis. Heartland is excited to have you on the team.

James Stanton has joined Heartland as a Project Manager. Prior to joining Heartland, James spent 10 years in technology as a product leader, including time at Amazon, where he worked on Alexa’s calling and messaging products, and Glympse, a real-time location sharing application and platform. He then went on to earn a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Washington, where he was selected as a 2020 Runstad Fellow.

Karlis Rubenis has joined Heartland as an Asset Management Analyst. Karlis brings ten years of accounting experience to his role, and began his career working as a Property Accountant at Wright Runstad where he performed full-cycle accounting for properties around the Seattle Area, including the major Spring District development in Bellevue, WA. Karlis graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Accounting and a B.S. in Economics with a minor in International Economics.
