St. Luke’s Ballard Campus Redevelopment: Mixed-Use Development Opportunity

01.27.2021

Heartland is excited to be representing The Diocese of Olympia and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Ballard in their search for a partner to create a new church facility within a mixed-use multifamily community. St. Luke’s is seeking a development partner who is interested in creating a financially, socially and environmentally sustainable community that serves as a model for other faith-based organizations. Heartland is requesting qualifications (the “RFQ”) from market rate developers with experience working on large, complex development projects, ideally with experience working with non-profits or faith-based groups. The property in this offering consists of four parcels with a total land area of 40,000 square feet and is zoned for a wide range of uses including multifamily residential and neighborhood business.

A subsequent RFQ will be issued for affordable housing developers for a 15,000 square foot development opportunity adjacent to this offering.

To access the RFQ and learn more about the opportunity, please click on “LEARN MORE” below.

If you have questions, please submit them to Chris Fiori cfiori@htland.com and Evan Schneider eschneider@htland.com, by February 5th at 5:00PM.
Final responses are due on Wednesday, February 24th at 5:00PM.
