Heartland is proud to have represented the Port of Seattle in the acquisition of International Place, a 548,700 RSF 17.7-acre office campus adjacent to SEA airport. This $122M transaction aligns with the Port’s long-term vision for meeting growing operational needs. Our team worked alongside the Port’s real estate group from strategy to execution—first by developing the Strategic Real Estate Plan for the Airport in 2023, then by negotiating and providing due diligence support to help bring this acquisition to the finish line.
