This latest disposition of an 11.4-acre light industrial site in West Valley City, Utah, follows the successful 2023 sale of a 32-acre industrial property in Everett, WA. As a leading supplier of building materials and services, BLDR recognizes the importance of proactive corporate portfolio management to optimize operations in markets around the country. Heartland had a great collaboration with co-broker Phillip Eilers, Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Salt Lake. The buyer was represented by Gary Cannon of Cannon & Company.

This $122M transaction aligns with the Port’s long-term vision for meeting growing operational needs. Our team worked alongside the Port’s real estate group from strategy to execution—first by developing the Strategic Real Estate Plan for the Airport in 2023, then by negotiating and providing due diligence support to help bring this acquisition to the finish line.
