Position Description- The Asset Manager will be responsible for actively managing a portfolio of office assets to develop strategy, optimize cash flow, and enhance value.

- Business Planning, Strategy, and Transaction Management
- Financial Analysis, Oversight, and Investor Reporting
- Leasing
- R&M and Capital Improvements
