Heartland is collaborating on a new model for affordable housing at a major Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project in the Roosevelt neighborhood. Enterprise Community Partners, which is funding Heartland’s work with the Roosevelt Neighborhood Association, describes the unique opportunity to leverage a public asset, housing levy funds and community support for inclusive housing.
