Heartland is currently seeking candidates for a Graduate Intern.
Job Description- As a Graduate Intern, you will support market, demographic, economic, and financial data collection and analysis for a wide range of real estate product types, geographies, and client types. You will work on a range of internal research projects and will assist the Project Management team on client-related work.

Time/Duration
40 hours per week during the summer. If the summer internship is successful and the selected candidate is local, there may be an opportunity to continue the internship, targeting 20 hours per week (part time) when school is in session.
Reporting & Teaming
The Graduate Intern will collaborate with and report to Project Management on a project-by-project basis.
Compensation
Market appropriate; experience and skills considered.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone with the ability to think critically and perform rigorous real estate-related analytics. Strong analytical and communication skills are critical. Educational & Professional Experience Requirements
Applicants should have at a minimum completed their undergraduate degree, possess a working knowledge of real estate fundamentals, and be currently enrolled in a graduate program in a related field such as business, finance, public policy, or real estate. Related professional experience is a plus.
